floating base

In order to make a floating base spawn an object like a crate and when you think you've found a nice spot hit start and save it as a new map then end the game if done corectly when you start the game again it should be suspended in mid-air.

How to make vehicles float

Go into forge mode and spawn a vehicle that you have two of. Once you've spawned the vehicle set the run time minimum to never and drive it now too far away now spawn a second vehicle near the first one you spawned and set the run time minimum to ten then blow them both up, but blow up the one you spawned first second. now wait until the first one spawns and drive it not far. Now when the second one appears if you pick it up the first one will float.

Nonstop explosion

spawn a bunch of fusion coils and set the run time minimum to as high as it can go in order for you to do that go to the spawning menu in robot mode and find fusion coils next press x it will bring up a menu hit x again and it will say run time minnimum and maximum. Set the run time minimum to as high as it will go and then set the run time maximum to the same as the run time minnimum so that they're the same and then just blow them up. the same method works for anything you spawn except guns you need to wait until they run out of ammo and vehichles you need to wait until they explode for them to respawn.

Secret message for elephant

Once the elephant is flipped over you will get a message that says Hold rb to .. what how did you do that? It's very cool.

How to flip an elephant in sandtrap

Go into robot mode in sandtrap and spawn all the fusion coils and place them on one side of the elephant then place all the plasma batteries on the same side with the fusion coils. and blow them up.

How to get on top of the level foundry

First spawn a teleporter at the ground now go to the ceiling and look for an open window like place in the roof. when you find it put a spawn a teleporter and try and make it stay on the bar on the roof you'll know what i mean when you see it. Once you get it go down to the one you put on the floor and go through it but don't forget to crouch while going through or you will die.

How to get out of isolation map

For this to work you must be in forge. Go into robot mode and and fly as high as you can when your there spawn a teleporter at the ground (sender). Next while still in the air go to any wall as close as you can and spawn a receiver. if done correctly when you take the sender you should be out of isolation.

How to get out of High ground

In order to get out of the level boundry you must spawn a wraith and have some one get into it. Then have another person get into a mongoose have the person in the mongoose to drive towards the the barrier until he can no longer go any further than have the wraith get behind him. Now the wraith needs to boost and the person in the mongoose needs to get out of it and you should be on the other side of high ground! This trick works on every level that has a sea.

Get under Construct map

For this to work you must be in forge mode, First go into robot mode and go down the pink gravity lift with boost hold left trigger. There will be a few holes go into one of them you won't be able to go through now turn back into human mode and if done correctly you should be under construct!

Easy way to defeat wraiths

For you to defeat wraiths easily all you have to do is shoot it in the back where the blue circle is a couple of times and it should blow up this is helpful because it saves ammo.

Crouching

If you click and hold the left analog stick you will crouch and will not be on radar. This is a great help if you are trying to sneek up on enemies.

punch faster

In order to punch faster press b, then y twice and then b again it takes a while to master but is a great help.

Reloading quicker

If you are a spartan or an elite and your ammunition is low, go into robot mode and your ammunition will reload instantly!

Overshield

If you have a overshield in forge you shouldn't go into robot mode (monitor) because your overshield will decrease twice as fast as when your in human mode.

Recharge your shield quicker

If your shields are down in forge mode, turn into a robot and they will recharge alot quicker.

Surviving a grenade

When playing in forge, in human mode if you get stuck by a grenade turn into forge mode and you will not die! the same thing works if you get stuck in forge mode turn into human and you will survive. but once you turn back you will die unfortunately. Sometimes the grenade gets shot out when in forge mode so you don't end up diying

Instant spartan laser fire

This only works in forge mode. If you have a spartan laser and you charge it up right before it fires go into forge mode then find an ennemy nearby, when you find a target right before you turn into human mode hold the right trigger then go into human mode. If done correctly the spartan laser should fire right away killing the target!

Extra grenades

If you kill a person with a sword hit the dead body with extra grenades. This really helps when you're in a tight position.

Easier legendary mode

If you are playing by yourself in legendary mode, turn on a second player just to stay there that way if you die you get respawned at him and not the checkpoint.

Alternate endings

There are three endings to halo 3. The first ending is shown when you complete the game successfully on easy, normal or heroic difficulty. the second ending is when you successfully complete the game on legendary difficulty setting. The last ending is when you successfully complete the game on legendary with all the skulls activated.

Katana

In order to get the katana on your back you need to successfully complete all achievements (1000/1000) and find all skulls to unlock the katana

Infinite spartan laser in halo mission

Use this cheat to get unlimited ammo in the "halo" mission. Play through the level until you meet up with Sergeant Johnson. Shoot him until he falls and drops the spartan laser than pick it up and shoot him, keep doing this until he kills you. When he respawns shoot him again he will drop the spartan laser pick it up. You will notice that he has another one on his back shoot him again this time when he falls to the ground pick up the spartan laser that he dropped. You should now have unlimited ammo it comes in handy trust me.
